The Galentine's Gala is pleased to announce Randon and Amber Gruninger as the distinguished honorees of the 2025 Annual Galentine's Gala.
This year's Gala will be held at The Foundry-- Ogden, Utah on February 15, 2025 at 6:00PM.
On July 20th, 2024, Randon and his dad Randy, along with 10 other of their closest friends were involved in a terrible and tragic car accident in the countryside of Northeastern Canada. The horrible accident claimed the life of Randon’s father, and nearly claimed Randon’s life as well, as he was emergency life-flighted and underwent hours of surgery both in Canada and here in the states. In the midst of this terrifying and life changing accident, Randon and Amber have displayed remarkable courage and bravery as they have taken the physical, mental, and emotional challenges that have come from this happening head on. They have been fearless, finding hope in their faith, family, and friends, whilst dealing with the continued physical complications of Randon’s health, as well as the financial burdens that come from the many hours of surgery, hospital time, and medicine stemming from the event.
As we gather together at the gala, we celebrate not only the resilience, strength, and positive impact Randon and Amber have had, and continue to have on our community, but we also celebrate the incredible life and legacy of Randon’s heroic father, Randy. In his memory we honor his far reaching influence of love and goodness, his unforgettable smile, and his example of kindness to all. This family continues to inspire us all as they take on this new challenging chapter of life with hope and grace.
